James Freeman, Head Chef at The Green Man in Eversholt, Beds and known locally as “The Hogman”, is celebrating the most successful year to date for their whole pig and lamb spit-roasts.
From one of Bedfordshire’s prettiest villages,the team at the Green Man provide everything you need for a pig roast, from the pig to the roaster, from the floury buns to the cutlery and will also create sumptuous salads to complete the meal. We can also provide a full bar including “Real Ales”.
Lamb roasts start for 60 people & Pig roasts from 80 people upwards. Indulge in locally sourced pork or lamb, slowly cooked to perfection in the traditional method, creating rich meat, oozing with flavour and juices.
