Every May Bank Holiday weekend, the Green Man team lays on a truly country style celebration with three activity full days in the village of Eversholt, Beds.  The May Day Real Ale and Sausage Festival celebrates village life with a expertly chosen selection of locally-brewed beers and country cuisine.

From the joys of a traditional village fete to savouring a classic hog-roast, sampling ten locally-made sausages or sampling real ale from local breweries, the team at the Green Man in Eversholt has put together a Bank Holiday package with everything you would want to take advantage of an extra day’s holiday.
